Physical Fitness: Comprises two related concepts: general fitness (a state of health and well-being) and specific fitness (a task-oriented definition based on the ability to perform specific aspects of sports or occupations). In previous years, fitness was commonly defined as the 

capacity to carry out the day’s activities without undue fatigue.

 

Pilates: Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates in Germany. As of 2005, there are 11 million people who practice the discipline regularly and 14,000 instructors in the United States. Pilates called his method Contrology , because he believed his method uses the mind to control the muscles. The program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced

 

Aerobic Exercise: is physical exercise that intends to improve the efficiency of the cardio-vascular system in absorbing and transporting oxygen. Aerobic means "with oxygen", and refers to the use of oxygen in the body's metabolic or energy-generating process. Many types of exercise are aerobic, and by definition are performed at moderate levels of intensity for extended periods of time.
