Our one-on-one personal training program offers private or semi-private sessions for continued guidance and motivation. You will find the FSTW personal training staff ready to coach, from the gentle prod to a strong challenging workout. Beginners will learn proper exercise techniques for a safe and effective workout. You will benefit from our trainer’s regimines and new approaches to maximize your performance.

We offer our clients a variety of Group Fittness programs from beginner to advanced. Each class is designed to provide improvement in overall health, including increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased metabolism, improved cardiac function, and elevated HDL (good) cholesterol.

Pilates is a form of exercise, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Gain all the benefits of over 100 life & body changing exercises performed on the universal reformer the main component of the Pilates system. The tower unit and mat exercises will be utilized. We require students to complete three private sessions prior to engaging in reformer classes.

Love Your Body Bootcamp

This dynamic workout focuses on aerobic intervals, lower body repetitions, and strategic core work to maximize your time and results. A lean and strong physique with a sculpted 'six pack' will be your reward.
